Raven’s Rock Lodge was chartered in 2018 by a handful of Brothers who aspired in creating a lodge by following the Masonic traditional observance along with progressive views to fit the current lifestyle and condition. Implementing the Masonic principles in our daily life, helping the needy, getting involved in our community, creating true leaders and life long friends and brothers in the most friendly atmosphere are some of this Lodge’s undertaking.
Our Mission
Our Mission as Masons is to foster personal growth and improve the lives of others and create harmony and good will towards our fellow creatures. guided by our three principle tenets. * Brotherly love. We value respect, freedom, kindness, tolerance, and our differences - religious, ethnic, cultural, social, generational, and educational, and strive for harmony in our individual lives, in our lodges, and in the global community. * Relief. We take responsibility for the well-being of our brothers, our families, and the community as a whole. We provide relief through philanthropy and community involvement. We seek to bring joy to everyone around us and make their lives better. * Truth. We stay true to our personal code of conduct and ethics - honor, integrity, personal responsibility, and the continuous pursuit of knowledge.
Fraternity
Freemasonry is the world's first and largest fraternal organization. It is a brotherhood of like-minded men who truly care about each other. We aspire to develop lifelong friendships with fellow Masons and their families. We believe that each man particularly Mason has a responsibility to help make the world a better place to all.
Character
Masons are known for their character. Honesty, respect, humility, tolerance and compassion. Being a good example in the community and living a virtuous life is essential to every mason.
Tolerance
Masonry is all about harmony. Masons are tolerant and respectful to others cultures, religions, age, orientation, political affiliation, customs and way of life. Talking about politics and Religion are strictly forbidden in a Masonic Lodge as they create division and hurt our fraternal bonds.
Charity
Although Freemasonry is not a charitable organization but it takes pride to provide over hundreds of millions of dollars a year for charity. “To soothe the unhappy, to compassionate with their misfortunes and to restore peace to their troubled mind is a great aim we have in view”. Charity is the character of a good person and specially Masons.
Family
Future generations are prepared first at home in a loving family atmosphere. Masons take pride in providing a loving environment at home and foster happiness and care to our family. It is at home that we educate our children first and it is by our example that our children will follow.
Enlightenment
Masons constantly aspire to educate themselves. We strive to mental, physical and spiritual improvements and growth.
Spirituality
Masonry through the philosophical teachings of its degrees, elevates our spirituality; although we are not a religion but we are guided by our faith and respect and revere all God’s laws and creations.
Patriotism
Masons as a citizen of a country obey, support and protect the laws of the land in which they live.Raven’s Rock Lodge 870

Highlights about Freemasonry
What is Freemasonry?
“Freemasonry is a system of morality vailed with allegory and illustrated by symbols”. Better yet it’s a progressive moral science.
Today’s freemasonry is not longer operative only but speculative. That means that it’s no longer open for the stone mason workmen only but any good person who believes in the principles of freemasonry can become a member. We use the working tools of the workmen Masons who built buildings and Cathedrals to teach how to build out own Temple. Each tool as it has a duty in the building of an edifice it also has a duty in building a better us.
